
Booking Terms + Policies
From PEAU to you,
Inevitably, things happen – Whether unexpected or not. PEAU'ésie will always hold an empathetic understanding towards appointment cancellations and rescheduled appointments if needed.
Within that currently operating as a small business, the policy structure put in place by PEAU'ésie assures flexibility for you and for PEAU'ésie to continue to flourish and run its livelihood in full force.
All bookings require the following:
– First and last name
– Email address
– Phone number
– Valid debit or credit card to secure your appointment
You will not be charged upon booking your appointment. The card is strictly stored on file to reserve your spot and is safely stored in case of not complying with PEAU'ésie's booking and cancellation policy. You can use the card on file to pay in person after your appointment, or with another card or cash.
If you're booking for another guest, please enter their information in full.
Please note that all your information is safely stored at PEAU'ésie, and only the last four digits of your card are visible to PEAU'ésie in its system. You can modify your card details at any time. Please contact hello@peauesie.ca for any assistance.
Rescheduling + Cancellations
Please try to plan to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to avoid time constraints. If you happen to be running late, please call or text with your ETA – PEAU’ésie will most definitely try to accommodate or modify your service in the time we have booked together.
In your confirmation email, travel and parking instructions are listed.
If you’re running late, please call to let us know.
If you're running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may have to be canceled and/or modified depending if there's another guest after you. If there's time to proceed with your appointment, it'll be kept as it was originally booked. PEAU'ésie reserves the right to make the decision while communicating it with you directly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, PEAU’ésie kindly asks that you give notice at least 48 hours before your original appointment time. You will not be charged a fee if you modify your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the time of your appointment or if you don't show up to your appointment, 50% of the total amount of your treatment will be charged (+taxes) on the card you booked your appointment with.
*You will not be charged if you want to modify your appointment type, no matter what face or body care treatment is selected.
You can cancel or modify your appointments through your initial booking email or send an email to hello@peauesie.ca with any questions or concerns - Please avoid DM for canceling appointments.
If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled in the event of an urgency on PEAU'ésie's end, you'll be notified via phone and email as soon as possible. PEAU'ésie will bring forth a solution to reschedule you upon contact.
By booking an appointment through PEAU'ésie's booking platform, you agree to its booking and cancellation policy.
