Currently, all services are by appointment only to ensure optimized and personalized care within an appropriate time frame.

By Car: Free parking is often available on nearby side streets. If not, you can use the Château's parking lot located to the left of 4000 Rue Saint-Ambroise. Drive into the back lot and park near the 4030 door. An elevator is located just inside the entrance. Parking is free for the first 60 minutes, with charges applying afterward. When entering the building, take the hallway elevator to the fourth floor to unit 449.
By Public Transit: The nearest metro stations are Place St-Henri and Lionel-Groulx, all within a short walking distance. -
It's best to schedule at least 3-4 weeks in advance, as spots fill up quickly, especially on weekends. To ensure your preferred time, we recommend pre-booking your next appointment after each treatment for at least up to three months.

We can only control what we can control. If you’re running late, please call or text us with your ETA, and we’ll do our best to accommodate or adjust your service within the time we have.
Please note that there are most likely appointments scheduled after yours, so we’ll need to assess what we can accomplish within the remaining time. If you're unable to make it, we’d be happy to prioritize your booking by rescheduling you at the soonest available time. Please view the full policy here.

Currently, we are booking appointments for one person at a time. You’re welcome to book consecutive services, and your party of two or more can relax in our living room area while the other enjoys their facial.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash in-spa. We also offer PEAU’ésie gift cards as a payment option. Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online or in-spa.

Payment is due only after you receive your treatment. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking for security purposes. Your card will be stored on file and can be charged after your appointment, based on your preference. Please note that if your skin is affected by a medical condition, your aesthetician reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment based on their professional assessment. We want to ensure your skin receives the appropriate care, and certain conditions may require attention from a dermatologist or medical professional.
Our founder is trained and certified in PREempt Hygiene Practices in order to pencil out the safety structure of the spa environment before all else. All equipment, bedding and tools are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned in triple check methods before, during and after each guest.
If you're feeling unwell, please, please, please stay home. Skincare is important, but health for everyone always comes first.
For everyone’s safety, your aesthetician will always be wearing a mask during your appointment.

All guests under the age of 18 must have a liability intake form signed by a parent or guardian, specifically for base and advanced facial treatments.

Our treatment bed is custom-built, measuring 30 inches in width and designed to support up to 2,000 lbs, ensuring both your safety and comfort as a priority above all else.

All products used in treatments and sold at PEAU’ésie are certified vegan and cruelty-free. If there is ever an exception, you will be notified in advance and provided with an alternative option.

No need to worry! We only use sheets and cozy covers for your comfort, either way.

Yes, most of our treatments are pregnancy-safe. However, we recommend consulting your doctor to ensure they are suitable for you.

All treatments are performed one-on-one in a dreamlike, cozy space, with no one in the spa but you and your skin specialist.

Come as you are! We’ll always remove your makeup with a double cleanse before your treatment. However, arriving with a bare face gives us a few extra minutes to dive right in and make the most of your session.

After your treatment, you'll receive a post-care guide with all the details of your appointment and instructions on how to care for your skin at home.

PEAU’ésie’s protocols are designed with minimal to no downtime in mind. However, please note that you may experience redness after extractions or a chemical peel, or slight bruising after cupping. There is typically no downtime with microdermabrasion or dermaplaning.

No, not at all!
As one of our favourite treatments, dermaplaning is a non-surgical treatment to get rid of vellus hair, commonly known as “peach fuzz” while providing a deep exfoliation at the same time to allow for better product absorption. Our dermaplaning treatment is performed interchangeably with disposable surgical, medical-grade blades exclusive to backbar treatments in-spa.
*The removal of vellus hair will not have it grow back thicker or darker. This method of hair removal is different from that of the body.

If you recently had injectables, we recommend a downtime waiting window a minimum of 2 weeks before booking your facial.

We can modify any treatment together in the spa and extend it if time permits, as long as it's not a last-minute change for the PEAU Plunge™—please notify us at least 1 hour prior to your facial. If you'd like to switch to a chemical peel, and you're a first-time guest, the decision will be made by your skin specialist after conducting a skin analysis.

Ugh, you're just like me. Of course! Simply select the 'EXTRA MASSAGE' add-on when booking your facial.

It’s recommended to work out before your facial. Please avoid heat, sweating, and excessive sun exposure afterward.

If your treatment is performed before sunset, we will always apply SPF to protect your skin. We offer a range of SPF options tailored to suit every skin tone and type. Please note that using your own sunscreen can pose a risk of bacterial contamination, as well as inadequate sun protection, which could lead to excess sun exposure. For your safety and the best results, we recommend using the SPF provided in-spa.
